  • How much does it cost and will it blow my budget?
Because each project varies so much we can't really say how much your project will cost without hearing a little more about it. How many videos are we making? How long are they? Are we filming or creating assets for you, or using existing material? Obviously, bigger budgets mean less limitations on your production, but we're happy to work with any budget and we can certainly do a lot with a little. We'll advise you on how to make the most out of your production budget, and when appropriate, we’ll even suggest a few options at different price points and let you decide.
  • How do I get started and what happens next?
Drop us an email or give us a call. You may have a clear, well defined idea of your requirements, which is great. But likewise, some clients only have a vague idea of what they need and don't know where to start. A quick chat with us will help you collect your thoughts as we think about the most effective way to deliver your message.
  • How long will my project take?
We’d love to promise a quick turnaround on all our projects, but some do take longer than others. A 40 second video with all assets provided may only take a couple of days. A complete online training course of 50+ videos with supporting marketing videos will take a fair bit longer!
  • Do I need to know anything about video production or be 'creative'?
The short answer is 'no'. But if you're interested in the production process, we'd be happy to take you through it in as much detail as you'd like. Similarly, if you have any ideas for the creative we'd love to hear your thoughts. The most effective projects and the happiest clients come from collaboration. Basically, you can be involved as much or a little as you'd like.
  • Where are you based?
We are physically based in Sydney, Australia, but we are happy to travel to get the best outcome for your project. It's also worth bearing in mind that meetings, editing and graphics work can be done remotely so distance is seldom a problem.
